BTS member RM recently appeared on Colde’s Blue Room, where he talked about his love, songwriting, and upcoming music. Recently, Kim Namjoon collaborated with his longtime friend, Kim Hee Soo alias Colde. Back in 2022, Colde featured on a track named Hectic for RM’s solo debut album Indigo.
RM was then part of the song Don’t ever say love me for Colde’s EP Love Part 2. Recently, RM of BTS appeared on Colde’s YT channel for an interview. Both K-pop stars were dressed in the same outfit as in their collaboration MV.
During the interview, RM discussed his approach to songwriting and love. He also teased new music, however not much details were shared.

Colde asked RM, what is it that keeps us singing about love and being in love? To that question, RM replied after contemplating, Why is love necessary? Why are we programmed to love constantly? What drives us to love is simply because it’s in us, I’d say? But we can’t deny what’s already there. For instance, flowers just exist. As such, love just exists in us.”
RM further explained his views by referencing his song Trivia: Love, BTS album Love yourself. He skillfully pointed out that the Korean words for Love (Sarang) and Human-being (Saram) sound similar. It suggests a close relationship between the two. He further emphasized that humans exist because of love and love thrives because of humans.
