SEVENTEEN’s new subunit Jeonghan x Wonwoo dropped their debut single album THIS MAN on all music platforms on June 17.
They have surpassed expectations with their first single and continue to perform well on the charts.
On the day it was released (June 17), sales of 537,083 copies were reported according to the Hanteo Chart.
The title song Last Night (featuring guitar by Park Ju Won) from THIS MAN not only dominated global charts but also secured the top spot on iTunes ‘Top Songs’ in 26 countries and regions. Additionally, it claimed the 3rd position on Worldwide iTunes Songs.
The song Last Night achieved top rankings on various real-time music charts, including Bugs’ domestic real-time chart and Line Music’s ‘Song Top 100’ chart in Japan.
Solo tracks including Jeonghan’s Beautiful Monster and Wonwoo’s Leftover both secured top 10 spots on the iTunes ‘Top Song’ chart in 5 and 6 countries and regions respectively.
All the songs included in the debut single are written and composed by Bumzu and SEVENTEEN’s Woozi.
In the single, Jeonghan is seen as the guy who paints a ‘dream’ that anyone would want to chase after. Wonwoo catches attention as the man who emerges from his dreams to embrace a ‘reality’ that holds greater meaning than mere dreams.
