SEVENTEEN has been entertaining CARATs with playful dance covers, fun segments, and some electrifying performances.
SEVENTEEN hosted their highly-anticipated yearly 2024 SVT 8TH FAN MEETING SEVENTEEN in CARAT LAND at the Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul on July 23 and 24. The two-day fan meeting was also broadcast live online.
On July 24, DK aka Dokyeom performed Taemin’s Guilty wearing a surprise accessory, a fake abs t-shirt.
The 27-year-old idol added a playful touch to the Guilty choreography, which features a signature abs reveal, by wearing fake abs under his shirt.
However, it did not sit well with CARATs and they booed him for not showing his real abs. DK looked visibly hurt and got teary eyes, soon members intervened and Seungkwan said, “He practiced hard for it.”
Despite a disappointing reaction from fans, DK won hearts with his ending ment where he reassured CARATs to not worry about him, “I was not upset, so, you do not have to worry.”
He also playfully joked saying, “I won’t send a long Weverse post, don’t worry, I was just caught off guard, but I am fine.”
DK also said that he did not want to talk about it, however, ended up talking about it. He received praise from fans that he still took it positively and was concerned not to worry CARATs with his reaction.
On another note, SEVENTEEN has a busy calendar ahead, with a major gig lined up at Lollapalooza Berlin on September 8, where they’ll take center stage at the renowned Olympiastadion Berlin in Germany.
