K-pop star Hoshi, a member of the popular boy group SEVENTEEN, has splurged 5.1 billion won (approximately $3.7 million) on a luxurious residence in Seoul’s affluent Nonhyeon-dong neighborhood.
The property, known as Brighten N40, was purchased in cash by the 27-year-old idol.
According to records from the Supreme Court Registry, he acquired a 149-square-meter unit in the luxury residential complex Brighten N40 for a staggering 5.086 billion won in April 2023.
The registration was finalized in late July of the same year, confirming his ownership of the exclusive property.
At just 27 years old, Hoshi has become the youngest homeowner in the exclusive Brighten N40 complex. He paid for his luxury residence entirely in cash, with no mortgage.
The luxurious Brighten N40 complex is home to several celebrities, including Yoo Jae Suk, who bought a spacious 199㎡ penthouse for 8.6657 billion won in September last year. Other notable owners include Infinite L, actresses Oh Yeon Seo, and Han Hyo Joo.
On another note, SEVENTEEN is currently busy with their FOLLOW AGAIN encore concerns after releasing a compilation album last month.
