Mingyu’s stunning pictorial for the December issue of Cosmopolitan Korea has just been unveiled. With his cool short hair and sculptural face, he exudes a captivating sensuality while adorned with jewelry and iconic Bulgari pieces.
In an interview with Cosmopolitan Korean, Mingyu kicked off the interview by expressing that he had a blast during the shoot because there were even more unique outfits than he expected.
When asked about what it’s like being the first K-pop artist to speak at the UNESCO Youth Forum. He responded that while it is an absolute honor, he is quite nervous about it. The talented SEVENTEEN rapper considered it the most nerve-wracking moment in my life.
Further, he added that SEVENTEEN has been making a positive impact by consistently donating to underprivileged children and adolescents including Good Neighbors, Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation, and the Korean National Commission for UNESCO since 2016.
Next, Mingyu was asked about recording over 5 million copies in the first week with their 11th mini album ‘SEVENTEENTH HEAVEN’.
To which Mingyu replied that the numbers must bring a great sense of happiness, but they also come with their fair share of pressure. He continued, “How far can we rise, how much further can we grow?”
Moreover, he described SEVENTEEN as a ‘consistent team’. The Bittersweet rapper said, ‘I hope SEVENTEEN will always be SEVENTEEN.’
The December issue of ‘Cosmopolitan Korea’ will have Mingyu’s pictorial and interview. Fans can grab a copy at bookstores nationwide starting November 22, 2023.
