We’re only in the second month of 2024, and already Seungkwan has graced us with two amazing covers, plus an exciting announcement about a new song.
On February 24 at midnight, PLEDIS Entertainment made the announcement stating, “SEVENTEEN Seungkwan’s ‘Dandelion’ is scheduled to be released through each online music site at 12 AM on Monday, February 26, 2024.”
In addition, a pre-listening video was released which gave fans a sneak peek into Seungkwan’s upcoming release. In the video, there are beautiful dandelions floating in the air, and Seungkwan’s vocals playing softly in the background.
In January, the SEVENTEEN’s vocalist released a cover of Shape by Choi Yu Ree. Along with the cover, he shared a video that featured clips of SEVENTEEN members, his mother, CARATs, and ASTRO’s Moonbin.
Fans are speculating that the upcoming song, Dandelion, might be a way to honor ASTRO Moonbin’s memory. They’re connecting it to his last post on X, which featured a dandelion.
Lastly, Seungkwan’s Dandelion will be released worldwide on February 26.
