Shin Min Ah has entered a new chapter in both her personal life and career after being appointed as a House Ambassador for Louis Vuitton. The luxury brand announced the news on January 5, 2026, shortly after her marriage to actor Kim Woo Bin. This is a fresh and happy beginning for the Kdrama actress.
Louis Vuitton explained that Shin Min Ah was chosen for her “natural charm, warm presence, and refined image.” The official said that these qualities closely match the values and mood the brand represents. The fashion house also shared its belief that her “distinctive presence” will create strong synergy with Louis Vuitton.
Shin Min Ah’s connection with Louis Vuitton did not begin with this title. Over the years, the 41-year-old actress has steadily worked with the brand and attended major events. These include the Louis Vuitton high jewelry collection launch in Mallorca, Spain, as well as several important showcases held in Seoul.
In December 2025, she attended a major Louis Vuitton event with fellow LV ambassadors, including Felix (Stray Kids), j-hope (BTS), Lisa (BLACKPINK), Jung Hoyeon, Jun Ji Hyun, and Gong Yoo.
Her partnership with LV became even more meaningful during her wedding. On December 20, 2025, Shin Min Ah married her longtime partner, Kim Woo Bin, in a private ceremony at The Shilla Hotel in Seoul. For the special day, she chose Louis Vuitton high jewelry, wearing LV Diamond Stud earrings and a striking Galaxy necklace.
By selecting the brand’s jewelry for such a personal moment, she naturally highlighted her close bond with Louis Vuitton and showed why she fits the role so well.
As a House Ambassador, Shin Min Ah now joins a global group of stars connected to Louis Vuitton. International ambassadors include actors Zendaya, Cate Blanchett, and Ana de Armas. The brand also works with figures from sports and music, such as swimmer Léon Marchand, rugby player Antoine Dupont, and more.
The past few months have been especially memorable for Shin Min Ah. After dating for ten years, she and Kim Woo Bin held an intimate yet elegant wedding. The “Our Blues” actress wore a beautiful gown from Elie Saab’s 2026 Spring Bridal Collection. The ceremony was officiated by Ven. Pomnyun, a Buddhist monk who once supported Kim Woo Bin during his battle with cancer.
Close friend Lee Kwang-soo hosted the ceremony, while singer Car, the Garden performed. Ahead of their wedding, the couple also donated 300 million won to various charities, showing their desire to give back.
Looking ahead, Shin Min Ah is also preparing for a major acting project. She will star as Empress Navier in the Disney+ fantasy romance drama “The Remarried Empress,” which is scheduled to be released in 2026. The series is based on a popular web novel and follows the story of a perfect empress who, after a painful divorce, remarries the prince of a rival kingdom.
