New details have emerged about the late K-pop idol Sulli’s personal life, including a romantic relationship with Block B member P.O that lasted for approximately one year.
Recently, the late Sulli’s older brother, revealed in his live broadcast that “Sulli dated P.O for about a year.” He added, “At that time, P.O came to our house and we drank wine together. He was a kind person.” He further claimed that “Sulli met P.O first, and then met Choiza”.
On April 2, P.O agency Artist Company addressed the rumors, stating, “We cannot confirm anything related to personal life” and “It’s been too long ago, so it’s difficult to verify the facts.”
P.O, the youngest member of Block B, is currently pursuing his acting and music career. He has appeared in many notable dramas including “Good Partner”, “Encounter”, “Temperature of Love”, and more.
Sulli then publicly dated the problematic member of the hip-hop group Dynamic Duo, Choiza, from August 2014 to March 2017. Sulli and Choiza’s relationship was highly criticized by the public and fans. Many were concerned about their 14-year age difference and Choiza’s reputation as a “bad boy”.
Some people even accused the rapper of controlling Sulli, especially after he released a song with lyrics that objectified women. Sulli’s Instagram posts during that time also worried her fans, who thought she might be sending out cries for help. After her death in October 2019, some fans blamed Choiza and sent him hate messages.
In related news, Sulli’s brother has sparked controversy by questioning actor Kim Soo Hyun’s involvement in a bed scene and nude scene with Sulli in the movie “Real”. He claimed that Kim Soo Hyun and his cousin forced her to film nude scenes despite having a body double. Her family had demanded answers from the “Queen of Tears” actor regarding why she was forced to film nude scenes. Kim Soo Hyun recently held a press conference to address the mounting allegations about dating Kim Sae Ron as a minor, however, he did not respond to the allegations made by Sulli’s brother.
