Suzy is gearing up for a busy year ahead with multiple projects in the pipeline. Suzy will not only be appearing in Wonderland and All the Love You Wish For.
She is reportedly in talks to star in a new project, 7 O’Clock Luncheon for the Broken Hearted. Suzy’s Wonderland is coming on June 5 and All the Love You Wish For later this year.
7 O’Clock Luncheon for Broken Hearted directed by Lim Sunae. This film is an adaptation of Baek Young Ok’s novel of the same name.
The story follows a group of people who gather at a restaurant called 7’ O’Clock Luncheon for Broken Hearted to share their stories, exchange mementos, and heal from heartbreak.
The story is told from the perspective of three individuals – Yoon Sa Gang (a role offered to Suzy), who fell in love with a married pilot; Lee Ji Hoon, who lost his girlfriend to another man; and Mi-do Jung, who secretly planned the meeting.
The film delicately explores themes of love, romance, and breakups. If the negotiations are successful, the 29-year-old actress will take on the role of Yoon Sa-gang.
Suzy’s agency has not confirmed her appearance yet. However, the sources say that the actress is super fascinated by the original novel.
She has been positively considering participating in the project early on. The film is scheduled to start production in the second half of this year. At the moment, the main cast is not finalized, and pre-production is also underway.
