A generous act by Suzy has come to light!
The 30-year-old actress and singer quietly provided financial assistance to a family struggling with their child’s medical expenses.
The donation was only made public when the child’s mother expressed her gratitude through a heartfelt message on social media. She donated to support the child’s birth and medical treatment.
The mother shared, “I am the mother of patient Bae Rihee. Thank you for helping with our baby’s hospital bills. The treatment is going well, we are very grateful.”
She added, “I, Lee Eunhye, will never forget and will always live with gratitude towards Suzy-nim. Our first child’s name is also Bae Suzy. We will raise our children to be loving people like Suzy-nim.”
The mother’s social media profile reveals a single image of his infant child undergoing hospital treatment. The account appears to have been created solely for the purpose of expressing gratitude to the “Wonderland” actor.
Management SOOP confirmed to Dispatch on November 12 that Suzy made the donation privately without notifying her agency.
She has consistently supported charitable causes since 2015. Further, she was registered as a member of the Honors Club, a group of high-value donors, in 2015.
