Blue Dragon Music Awards, which was scheduled to take place on January 20 (Saturday) has been canceled.

On January 5, the officials made the announcement stating the award ceremony was canceled due to ‘unavoidable circumstances.’

A statement was released stating 

We would like to inform you that the 1st Blue Dragon Music Awards scheduled for January 20 (Saturday) at Bangkok Rajamangala National Stadium has been canceled due to unavoidable circumstances.

First of all, we would like to express our regret to domestic and foreign fans and officials for making this decision.

We understand that this cancellation may cause great inconvenience for you and are sincerely sorry for the circumstances beyond our control. All ticket buyers will be refunded without any problems.

We would like to express our apologies and gratitude to people who joined us for the successful hosting of the 1st Blue Dragon Music Awards even in difficult situations.

Previously, Blue Dragon Music Award announced exciting lineup featuring, Yoona, Hwasa, P1Harmony, THE BOYZ, RIIZE, ATBO, KISS OF LIFE, TVXQ, NCT DREAM, WHIB, ATEEZ, xikers, aespa, BUS Because of you I Shine, ZEROBASEONE, and more

Unfortunately, fans will not be able to see their favorites perform as the award ceremony is canceled.
