TXT member Beomgyu celebrated his birthday in a heartwarming way.
He turned 24 on March 13 and used the special day as an opportunity to give back to the community. The K-pop idol generously donated 30 million won to support youth psychological treatment.
Today (March 13), the Community Chest of Korea revealed that Beomgyu made a generous donation of 30 million won on his birthday. This contribution will specifically support mental health initiatives for young minds. It will cover counseling and treatment expenses for young individuals struggling with emotional challenges.
“Notably, this is the second consecutive year that the TXT member has celebrated his birthday by making a charitable donation.
Regarding his heartfelt contribution, Beomgyu shared, “I’ve heard that my small act of kindness has helped those in need. I hope that through me, many people can find comfort and courageously open up their own futures.”
Meanwhile, TXT is gradually resuming group activities after a much-needed break. The boy band had a busy schedule and went on a break after their appearance at the 39th Golden Disc Awards in early January.
They recently kicked off their world tour “ACT: PROMISE – EP 2” with three shows in Incheon from March 7 to 9. Next, they will perform in Barcelona (March 20), London (March 25), Berlin (March 27), and Paris (March 30).
