Disheartening news has struck the MOA fandom as Beomgyu, a member of TOMORROW X TOGETHER (TXT), has suffered an ankle injury.
On June 19, BIGHIT MUSIC released an official statement, announcing his injury and participation in the upcoming schedule.
The label revealed, stating, “Beomgyu recently visited the hospital due to an injury during his schedule and was diagnosed with an ankle ligament sprain.”
They shared, “The artist’s will to participate in all scheduled schedules is very strong, however the company plans to operate the schedule with the medical opinion and the artist’s recovery as the top priority.”
Due to medical advice recommending ample rest, he will not be able to engage in certain official events, including Paris Fashion Week.
TXT has had a hectic schedule, touring the USA and later taking the stage at the Weverse Con festival.
Four members of TXT, Soobin, Yeonjun, Taehyun, and Huening Kai left for Paris to attend the Paris Fashion Week for Dior, earlier this morning.
On the work front, TXT is set to make their Japanese comeback and kick off the world tour ‘ACT : PROMISE’ across Asia.
