After donating 100 million won and becoming the youngest member of the Honors Club, Felix went to Laos to volunteer during his Lunar year vacation.
The UNICEF Korean Committee revealed on March 18 that they will upload the videos of the Laos field visit with Felix three times on their official YouTube channel, starting from the 21st.
UNICEF stated that Felix went to the Attapeu area in Laos the previous month. Approximately 2,000 children in this region are facing severe malnutrition.
Felix went to nearby schools and public health centers to assess the nutritional status of children and offer food to address malnutrition. He engaged in events like teaching about hand washing.
As mentioned by Felix, this visit was an eye-opener for him, “I was able to face the reality of children in Laos,” and added, “I believe that all children should be given the opportunity to live a healthy life.”
Lastly, UNICEF plans to unveil Felix’s endeavors in Laos every Thursday at 5 PM, commencing with the premiere episode on March 21.
