On October 30, Jellyfish Entertainment, the agency, shared an update about Hoyoung’s temporary suspension of activities through the official fan cafe.
According to the agency, Hoyoung recently sought medical attention for symptoms of psychological anxiety.
Based on the advice of medical professionals, it has been determined that he requires ample rest and stability. Jellyfish Entertainment is prioritizing Hoyoung’s well-being and supporting him during this time.
The agency has shared that Hoyoung has made the decision to prioritize rest and treatment at this time. They will provide updates on his return to activities in the future.
Many idols have suspended activities due to worsening health including SEVENTEEN’s Mingyu and S.COUPS, NCT’ Taeil, Billlie Moon Sua, LE SSERAFIM’s Kim Chaewon, n.SSign’s Yoon Do Ha, and ITZY’s Lia.
Hopefully, Hoyoung will return to the music scene after taking much-needed rest.
