ENHYPEN has never been shy about his admiration for BTS.
“Fanmade: ENHYPEN,” a documentary showcasing the K-pop group’s journey, hit select AMC theaters on November 8. Directed by Caroline Suh, the film offers an intimate look at ENHYPEN’s 2024 ‘FATE’ world tour and their connection with fans, known as ENGENEs.
Recently, a clip of ENHYPEN Jake sharing heartfelt advice from BTS V is going viral. In the clip, the 21-year-old singer shared his biggest concern as a performer on stage: making mistakes on stage.
He expressed, “I get caught up on little mistakes a lot and I would get so frustrated at myself. Like, a year-and-a-half after our debut, V of BTS, he actually invited us for dinner.
Jake asked V, “How do you do it so well up on stage?” and “How do you forget about the little mistakes?”
V advised him, saying “It is not going to be the last time you perform.” Jake shared that after talking to the “Love Me Again” singer, he realized: “I should just enjoy the moment.”
Last month, another ENHYPEN member Heeseung cited The Weeknd and Jungkook as influences for his forthcoming solo mixtape, set to release soon.
ENHYPEN’s leader Jungwon called Jungkook his role model and praised the “Seven” singer for his down-to-earth attitude on numerous occasions.
On the work front, ENHYPEN’s repackaged album “ROMANCE : UNTOLD -daydream-” is slated for November 11. BTS V will drop the duet “White Christmas” with late legendary singer Bing Crosby, out on Dec 6. Meanwhile, BTS members will regroup in 2025 after completing mandatory military service.
