Contrary to earlier reports, fans will be disappointed to know that Choi Woo Shik will not be starring in the upcoming drama A Hundred Memories (working title).

As reported by Xports News on August 30, it was confirmed that the 34-year-old actor will not appear in the drama. He has not been offered any role in the new drama and the casting has yet to be finalized.

Kim Da Mi was reported to be in talks to join the cast of A Hundred Memories in June. An audition notice later suggested that Choi Woo Shik might also be part of the project, which would have marked their third collaboration after The Witch and Our Beloved Summer.

However, it has now been confirmed that the Parasite actor is not involved in the project.

Set in the 1980s, A Hundred Memories is a heartwarming period drama that explores the themes of friendship and love among bus conductors.

The story is penned by writer Yang Hee Seung, known for her work on tvN’s Crash Course in Romance, and the Thirty-Nine director Kim will guide the production. The drama is being produced by SLL, a renowned production company.
