A renowned TV personality Yoo Jae Suk has purchased a luxurious penthouse in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. He paid 8,665.7 million won for the property and has finally ended his 15-year rental life.
As per the close resources, the house is purchased in full cash. There is no visible record of a mortgage or collateral security arrangement with financial institutions. Yoo Jae Suk finalized the ownership transfer on May 2 and now fully owns the house.
Previously, it was widely known that Yoo Jae Suk had been renting a Hyundai apartment in Apgujeong-dong for over 15 years. However, he recently made the decision to purchase a house in Nonhyeon-dong and has since moved out of Apgujeong.
This 199-square-meter apartment has four rooms, three bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a spacious terrace. The penthouse has a triple security system; a main gate security, a villa security, and a CCTV system.
So, this new home gives the popular broadcaster and his family a high level of privacy and security.
