Plot
My Girlfriend Is The Man! revolves around Park Yoon Jae (Yoon Sanha from ASTRO), a sweet and innocent college student who falls in love with Kim Ji Eun (Arin from Oh My Girl), a woman he meets on a blind date. However, just as their relationship begins, Ji Eun suddenly transforms into a man overnight due to a strange family gene passed down through generations.
Now going by the name Kim Ji Hoon (CHUU), she must navigate life in a male body, while Yoon Jae is left shocked and confused. Despite the sudden change, he chooses to stay by Ji Eun’s side. The story follows their emotional journey as they try to understand each other all over again in completely new circumstances.
Adding to the tension is Kang Min Ju, a popular girl on campus, who starts to develop feelings for Ji Hoon, unaware of the truth.

- Arin (OH MY GIRL) as Kim Ji Eun, Yoon Jae’s sweet, warm-hearted girlfriend before transformation. She gained fame for her roles in Alchemy of Souls and the ongoing drama S Line.
- Yoo Jung Hoo as Kim Ji Hoon, the male version of Ji Eun. His notable acting credits include Bitch X Rich, Who Is She, Durian’s Affair, and more.
- Chuu (former LOONA) as Kang MinJu, the popular student who becomes smitten with Ji Hoon. She is well-known for the drama Dating Class and Netflix variety show The Devil’s Plan.
