2PM’s Lee Junho is expanding his real estate with another smart purchase!
On August 2, a Korean media outlet reported that the King The Land actor had purchased a commercial building in Seoul’s upscale Apgujeong neighborhood for 17.5 billion won.
The building, situated in Sinsa-dong, Gangnam-gu, has one basement floor and four above-ground floors and was bought through his family’s company, JF Company, in March this year.
The building was previously owned by the late actress Kang Soo Yeon, who tragically passed away in May 2022. Kang Soo Yeon had purchased the property in February 2019. Following her death, the building was inherited by three of her family members, who have now sold it to Lee Junho.
In addition to his latest purchase, Lee Junho also acquired two units in the officetel complex ‘The Rivers Cheongdam’ in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul in February 2019. The units were transferred to him by a trust company.
On the work front, after swooning fans with his role in King The Land in 2023, he is set to appear in a superhero drama, Cashero.
