Kwon Eunbi is now the proud owner of a building.
The 28-year-old singer bought a single-family home situated along Jungnangcheon in Songjeong-dong on March 12 for 2.4 billion won.
The building consists of a basement and three above-ground floors, with a land area of 106 square meters and a total floor area of 192.45 square meters, making it a small building.
Kwon Eunbi purchased this building for 74.85 million won per pyeong (3.3 square meters of land area), and she will pay the remaining balance in June to become the new owner.
This building completed remodeling in 2015. The basement floor was operating as a neighborhood studio, while the floors from the first to the third were a commercial-residential building.
In particular, the property was traded with the condition of vacating the entire building. This has sparked speculation that Kwon Eunbi may be planning to construct a new building.
Eunbi was active as a member of IZ*ONE and is currently pursuing a solo career as a singer. She has gained significant popularity, especially through Water Bomb.
