The “Earth Arcade” girls are back with more laughs and fun adventures.
The popular tvN variety show is set to return for a third installment with the original cast members including Lee Young Ji, Oh My Girl’s Mimi, Lee Eun Ji, and An Yujin from IVE.
In January, OSEN exclusively reported that “Earth Arcade 3” is in the works and the production team has plans for an April premiere. On March 11, OSEN revealed that “Earth Arcade” season 3 starring An Yujin, Lee Young Ji, Lee Eun Ji, and Mimi has locked April 25 as its premiere date.
Regarding release date and details such as the number of episodes, tvN remained tight-lipped, saying ‘nothing has been confirmed yet’.
The show, produced by PD Na Young Seok’s team, is popular for its amazing cast lineup. It has reached a peak rating of 3.8% in its first season. After a successful Season 1 in Thailand, ‘Earth Arcade’ traveled to Finland for Season 2.
The cast, known as the ‘Jirakis’, brought even more humor and entertainment and left viewers in stitches. As a result, Season 2 was a clear hit with the audience and achieved a peak viewership rating of 4.1%.
‘Earth Arcade’ spin-off “Vroom Vroom” also attracted a huge number of viewers. The variety show showed the cast members struggling to get their driver’s licenses, and then taking a fun road trip.
Following the huge success of its first two seasons and spin-off, tvN has greenlit Season 3 of ‘Earth Arcade’ and included it in its 2025 lineup. As per reports, it is slated to premiere on April 25, 2025. The show’s third installment was teased last month with an overseas trip.
