New faces are coming to the 2 Days & 1 Night family!
Lee Joon and Jo Se Ho are joining the cast, injecting a dose of fresh energy and humor into the show.
KBS-2TV’s popular show ‘2 Days & 1 Night’ has confirmed the addition of two new members: singer and actor Lee Joon and broadcaster Jo Se Ho.
A representative from the show revealed the news to Dispatch on July 29, stating that further details will be announced on air.
Lee Joon and Jo Se Ho will join 2 Days & 1 Night as new regular members, replacing Yeon Jung Hoon and Na In Woo, who bid farewell to the show on July 21. The two new additions will fill the vacant spots left by the departing members.
Na In Woo, who is likely to enlist in the military by the end of the year, departed the show to focus on filming acting projects. He is confirmed to lead the new drama, Motel California, opposite Lee Se Young.
Similarly, Yeon Jung Hoon also left the show for a similar reason, to focus on his acting career.
2 Days & 1 Night is getting a major revamp! With only four members left – Kim Jong Min, Moon Se Yoon, DinDin, and Yoo Seon Ho – the show will take a three-week hiatus during the 2024 Paris Olympics. When it returns, it will welcome new cast members Lee Joon and Jo Se Ho, and operate under new leadership, following the departure of the main producer Lee Jung-gyu.
