The ongoing feud between HYBE and ADOR is intensifying, as both parties made allegations during yesterday’s court hearing.
One of the allegations is that HYBE allegedly pressured ADOR to artificially inflate NewJeans’ album sales in order to surpass aespa’s debut record.
The resolution of the HYBE-ADOR feud now hangs in the balance, awaiting the court verdict and the upcoming extraordinary shareholder meeting scheduled by HYBE on May 31. If the court rules in favor of Min Hee Jin, HYBE would not have any power to dismiss her as CEO of ADOR.
