With just hours to go, the excitement is palpable as the Met Gala 2025 is almost here. K-pop’s biggest stars, SEVENTEEN’s S.Coups, and BLACKPINK’s Rosé, and Jennie, have been spotted staying at the same luxury hotel in New York, reportedly booked exclusively for Met Gala attendees.
On May 5 (Korean time), the K-pop trio was seen arriving at the Mark Hotel in New York. Earlier, confirmed Met Gala 2025 guests Sabrina Carpenter, Anok Yai, James Corden, Cynthia Erivo, and Doechii were spotted checking in at the hotel.
The Mark Hotel in NYC is a luxury haven for A-list celebrities attending the Met Gala. Located on the Upper East Side, it’s a short distance from the Metropolitan Museum of Art, making it an ideal spot for stars to prepare for the biggest fashion night of the year. The hotel’s lobby has become a spot for paparazzi to capture the first looks of celebrities heading to the Met Gala.
As the fashion world converges under the Met Gala 2025 theme “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style,” Jennie, Rosé, and S.Coups are expected to deliver show-stopping looks that blend haute couture with cultural storytelling.
Jennie has become a Met Gala veteran after her 2023 (vintage Chanel) and 2024 (Alaïa) appearances. The “Mantra” singer is expected to channel her signature “Chanel muse” aesthetic with a twist on this year’s menswear-inspired theme. Her recent airport departure to New York fueled speculation of a third show-stopping look.
Rosé is returning after her 2021 debut in YSL’s sleek black mini dress; her attendance is confirmed via insider reports. Fans expect a bold interpretation of Black dandyism, possibly under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello once more.
S.Coups will be SEVENTEEN’s first-ever representation at the Met Gala 2024. CARATs are hinting at a tailored, gender-fluid ensemble from luxury brand BOSS, of which he serves as a brand ambassador.
Meanwhile, fashion’s biggest night typically takes place on the first Monday in May every year. For 2025, the Met Gala is scheduled for May 5 at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.
