Just recently, Sandara Park set the record straight about her 30 billion net worth. During the interview with a YouTube channel, when Sandara Park was reminiscing about her time in 2NE1, the MC mentioned that she earned up to 30 billion won at her peak. She clarified that this rumor is completely baseless.
She went on to explain further, saying, “It was so unfair that it was published as an article. 30 billion is definitely not the case. We have never gone for 100,” and added, “We spent a lot of money on costumes.”
She added, “After doing a tour or a music video, we were called to the company’s accounting team and said, ‘We spend more than BIGBANG.’ We invested a lot, so we didn’t earn that much.”
Regarding the group’s comeback, Sandara shared, “I think it will be fun. We like performing the most. As long as we are alive, if we have the chance, we would like to do it. Since we always have a positive mind, fans can just live their lives and one day it may suddenly come like a gift.”
Lastly, Sandara Park dropped her digital mini album SANDARA PARK back in July of last year, marking her debut as a solo artist after being part of 2NE1.
