fromis_9 members have been dropping hints about feeling neglected by PLEDIS Entertainment and have started speaking up more about it recently.
On June 3, Song Hayoung appeared on a Radio show and talked about the group’s August comeback.
Fans were shocked to learn when the 26-year-old singer revealed that she found out about the news of their comeback through fans.
When the host asked her about the comeback, she shared, “Even for the comeback, I learned it from fans.”
After hearing about the August comeback, she quickly looked it up to confirm. Hayoung revealed that she knew that they were gonna make a comeback at some point but did not know about the schedule.
When asked if they have already started preparing for the comeback, she dropped another bombshell saying that preparations have not yet begun.
Previously, another fromis_9 member Lee Chae Young expressed her wish to make a comeback soon. Following that, fans criticized PLEDIS Entertainment for not giving them enough opportunities as compared to other HYBE groups.
Shortly after, a schedule for their comeback was shared along with their performances at upcoming festivals.
Now, the label is slammed for not sharing the schedule with the group and treating them unfairly.
