Fans were hyped for Kwon Eunbi’s comeback and her appearance at the 2024 Weverse Con Festival, but unfortunately, her performance is not happening.
The 27-year-old singer won’t be joining the Weverse Con Festival because of health issues.
HYBE shared an update on the fan community platform, Weverse, on June 15, stating that Kwon Eunbi wouldn’t be able to attend the festival today. They mentioned that she had to seek treatment at the hospital due to her health condition.
Officials reported that she was instructed by medical staff to take a rest. The management team, HYBE, requested fans attending the Weverse Con Festival to understandably accept the situation.
The ‘2024 Weversecon Festival’ is a two-day event, running from June 15-16, at the Incheon Inspire Entertainment Resort. The festival is divided into two parts: ‘Weverse Park’, an outdoor stage featuring live performances, and ‘Weverse Con’, including indoor performances.
Many incredible artists from HYBE and other entertainment agencies are scheduled to perform at the two-day festival. The lineup includes SEVENTEEN, ENHYPEN, ILLIT, CHUU, fromis_9, JYP, 10CM, Billlie, imase, PLAVE, LE SSERAFIM, YOASABI, Lee Sung Kyung, and more.
On another note, Kwon Eunbi is set to drop her new single album SABOTAGE on June 18 at 6 PM. KST.
