YouTuber Tzuyang aka Park Jung Won, known for her popular mukbang videos, has made shocking allegations against her ex-boyfriend.
In a shocking revelation, she claims he subjected her to years of physical and emotional abuse and extorted a massive sum of money from her.
The famous YouTuber with 10 million subscribers revealed on her YouTube channel that she was physically and emotionally abused by her ex-boyfriend for four years and was extorted out of at least 4 billion won.
She made this shocking confession during a live broadcast, explaining that her ex-boyfriend had threatened to release intimate videos of her that were filmed without her knowledge or consent.
Tzuyang’s revelation comes after a YouTube channel, Garosero Research Institute, accused her of colluding with a group that spreads fake news to boost her view count.
Tzuyang revealed that her ex-boyfriend, Person A, abused her physically and emotionally during their relationship. She tried to end the relationship due to his violent behavior, but he threatened to release intimate videos of her.
He forced her to work at a bar, took her earnings, and beat her daily when she tried to quit. When her broadcasting career succeeded, he created an agency and coerced her into an unfair contract, which entitled him to 70% of his earnings.
Despite an unfair contract, she claimed that she did not receive any of the advertising revenue. With the help of her staff, Tzuyang escaped the abusive relationship and took legal action against her ex-boyfriend, who had fabricated stories and exaggerated facts to manipulate her.
Her lawyers, Kim Tae-yeon and Kim Ki-baek, confirmed that she suffered significant harm and estimated the unsettled amount to be at least 4 billion won.
Tzuyang filed a criminal complaint against her ex-boyfriend, alleging sexual assault and habitual assault. However, before the case could proceed, he committed suicide, resulting in the closure of the complaint with no indictment or prosecution possible.
